When it was climbing down the fence I thought it was a beaver due to the large, flat-looking tail, but once it was on the ground I could see ust how huge and furry the tail was. I managed to watch it eat for awhile, then saw it run off into a tree top. I'm a bit of a nature nut, and it was pretty cool seeing one of these native guys!!
